There are fewer EV tariffs available than there were before, but they do still exist.  Aside from the EV specific tariffs, Economy 7 type tariffs, with a lower overnight rate, are still available and offer considerable savings for EV drivers.  Energy markets are constantly evolving, with a greater emphasis than ever before on using any surplus home generated production (such as overnight wind) so we are expecting more EV tariffs to appear when the energy market is more settled.
