I have received an FF05 or FF08 code, what do I do?Updated 2 years ago

If you have received either of these codes, it means there has been a power imbalance in the current or earth supply to the vehicle.

 

To resolve this issue please follow the below steps on your charge point;

 

  1. Click the centre button

  2. Scroll to the “Settings” option.

  3. Scroll down and select "Restart"
