I have received an FF07 code, what do I do?Updated 2 years ago

The error code FF07 appears when the charge point control system has exceeded its maximum allowable temperature. In order to resolve this issue please follow the below steps:

 

  1. Wait 15 minutes for the unit to cool down

  2. Click the centre button

  3. Scroll to the “Settings” option.

  4. Scroll down and select "Restart"

 

If your charge point has been in the sun, during a very hot day, you will need to wait until the unit is either in the shade or the temperature is much cooler.
