I have received an FF11, FF12, FF16 or FF17 code, what do I do?Updated 2 years ago

If you have any of these codes appear on your display, it will be due to errors detected in the charge point’s internal relays during start up. To resolve this please follow the below steps:

 

  1. Click the centre button

  2. Scroll to the “Settings” option.

  3. Scroll down and select "Restart"

We will ask you to provide a video, including audio, of the start up sequence (the charge point safety checks sequence) so that we can see and listen to the ‘clicks’.
