I have received an O101 (Wrong PIN) error code, what do I do?Updated 2 years ago

This code will be displayed if you have entered the incorrect PIN code or the user information that EVIOS One currently has does not match the PIN code entered.  


EVIOS One will automatically request an update to the user information from our servers, so please try to login in again after 1 minute.  


If your code is not accepted again or if you have forgotten your PIN code, you can reset it in the EVIOS app Settings, Account.
