My car isn’t charging and I don’t know why…Updated 2 years ago

Check that your cable is connected to your car and that power is going to your charge point (is there a display?). 

If you are on Pure Value or Pure Green mode, it may be that the charge point is not at its optimal charging time.  If you need your car to charge now use BOOST or change to Pure Speed mode.  

Is the randomised delay active?  The charge point will be delayed up to 10 minutes on every charging session.  This can be overridden on the charge point.  

Are the EV Regulations 2021 active?  These restrict the times an electric vehicle can be charged. The charge point will not charge your vehicle between 8am and 11am and 4pm and 10pm on weekdays, unless you deactivate this setting.  This can be done in the settings of the charge point or the app - and only needs done once.
