There is a Firmware Updates section in the Settings on your app. This will allow you to see whether there are any updates which can then be added. You can see the firmware information under Settings, Device Information on the charge point too.
You can turn on and off notifications within the Settings section of the app. You can also select whether you'd like them via push notifications (on your app) or by email directly to your inbox.
To add another user, simply go in to Settings, Account, Users on the app. You can add up to 5 additional users. They will get an email inviting them to use the charge point. You can also remove a user in the same setting.
Yes!. In Settings, on the app, you'll find a section called 'Charge points'. Simply add any additional charge points that you have, and you'll then be able to switch between them. Please note that each charge point will require its own hub.
